Delete your Thryve account

You can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Follow these four steps.

1. Open the e-mail app connected to the account you used in Thryve.
2. Send a new message to contact@getthryve.app with the subject:
   “Delete my Thryve account”.
3. In the message body, include the line:
   I want all my data deleted. My account e-mail is [your e-mail]
4. Tap Send. We'll erase your data and confirm by e-mail within 30 days.

Important: If you have an active subscription, please open the Google Play or Apple App Store settings on your device and cancel it first. Deleting your Thryve data does not cancel store billing; ongoing charges remain your responsibility.

Note: We may request additional information to verify the account owner, in line with GDPR & CCPA requirements.
